For our fourth step, we are gonna go out on a limb here and go on a sailing trip! When it comes to British Virgin Islands sailing, the Caribbean ocean provides the world’s greatest waters to navigate. The British Virgin Islands is literally the sailing capital of the World. With over 50 islands and cays to explore, the fun probably will never end.  Lounging area. Another lounging area. Last but definitely not least. Visit as many beaches as you can while you're in the British Virgin Islands. Whether it be Rogue's Bay on Tortola, Savannah Bay on Virgin Gorda, Loblolly Bay on Anegada or White Bay on Jost Van Dyke, just make sure you do it!

I swear that this foundation glides on like a silky thing of a bob and I literally can not explain it any better than that! Next up are the beloved ColourPop lipsticks. Let me just say that these lipsticks are a God sent, like God said hey, let me just put some concoctions together and call it ColourPop Lipsticks. They have a wide variety of colors but I decided to start off with the Limbo and LAX shades. They come off really really matte, hence the Ultra Matte name. (P.S., ignore the nail polish smudge!)

Next up is my favorite setting powder, if I may call it that. It is the HALO Hydrating Perfection Powder. The coverage is so light and it helps to "mattify" whatever it is you want to "mattify". Get it!

 Since September 1st of 2015, when I decided to transition back to natural hair, I came to the conclusion that it was time to throw away my old products in turn for some new ones! Here are my go to hair products and oils for my natural hair journey!




First up are the beloved hair products. Everyone knows about the sought after natural product company known as Shea Moisture , right? If not, Let me give you a brief overview. According to Shea Moisture's website, "Sofi Tucker started selling Shea Nuts at the village market in Bonthe, Sierra Leone in 1912. By age 19, the widowed mother of four was selling Shea Butter, African Black Soap and her homemade hair and skin preparations all over the countryside. Sofi Tucker was our Grandmother and SheaMoisture is her legacy." So, now that there's a bit of a back ground out there, let us get straight into it!

So far, hair products wise, I have only used Shea Moisture in my natural hair journey but I am sure in the future I will venture out of this company if they ever stop working, (which I doubt). Now, I purchased all of my oils off of Amazon, so if you just type in the search bar which oil you're looking for, you should be fine! P.S, when looking for oils to buy, make sure that you're purchasing, Cold-Pressed Or Virgin Oils. Here are quick benefits of each oil.

Coconut Oil: It is an excellent conditioner and helps in the re-growth of damaged hair. It also provides the essential proteins required for nourishing damaged hair and it softens the hair and conditions the scalp.

Sweet Almond Oil:
"1.The primary benefit of sweet almond oil is as a sealant and hair protector.
2. Saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids form 71% of the fatty acids found in sweet almond oil so it does have a good ability to penetrate the hair shaft and moisturise hair from the inside. However, note that its relatively higher density compared to other vegetable oils makes it less suitable for regular scalp application although it would work well as a moisturiser especially in a pre-shampoo treatment. 3. It makes hair bright, shiny and silky looking. As it is denser than other vegetable oils commonly used for hair, ancient Egyptians routinely combined it with castor oil. This blend is complementary as, in turn, sweet almond oil improves the smell and texture of castor oil.
4.Apply to dry or damaged hair to reawaken the weak ends.  If you have weakening/dry ends mix a sweet almond oil and castor oil base with rosemary essential oil and rub into your ends daily/regularly. " (Extraction from nenonatural.com)

Trust me when I say that there are some major perks when you live in one of the most sought after vacation destinations, the British Virgin Islands. Not only are there amazing pristine beaches and unsurpassed and untouched flora and fauna, but you also get to visit and stay at extremely luxurious resorts that everyone dreams about. And guess what? You will get a first hand look at the extremely beautiful paradise known as Oil Nut Bay.

First off, the day starts off with a two boat rides in order to reach from one island (Tortola) to our final destination (Oil Nut Bay).

View from the boat. Seeing that we got in a little late around lunch time, it was time to get some lunch by the Beach Club Restaurant where I had the most succulent burger ever!

Couldn't get enough of this! Next up we took a little tour of the grounds of Oil Nut Bay and let me just say, this was utterly breath-taking! As follows in the photos, are the cliff side villas, a beach front villa and finally our tour guide and transportation for the day.

Next up we get settled into the villa we rented for the day and lets just say it was beyond expected!

After kicking back and relaxing for a few minutes, I headed down to the beach club for a nice swim in their gorgeous pool! It mimics a Tropical Oasis if I do say so myself.




The time that I was dreading had finally arrive, time to go home. I had a totally amazing day at this resort and I have actually been back a few times since then!
